Keystone provided architectural and engineering design services to develop a new facility on a vacant site on Clinton Street in Binghamton’s First Ward. The project included the construction of a 20,000 SF building which was designed using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). Keystone’s services included schematic design, design development, M/E/P and structural design, site design, stormwater management, SEQR review, bidding phase services and construction administration.
