Keystone provided survey and engineering services for the development of a Sports Complex on a 17-acre parcel of land. The project involved the preparation of site plans for approval by the Town Planning Board. The project included a 123,375 square foot inflatable dome building, an NCAA regulation indoor soccer field and golf driving as well as an outdoor soccer field. On-site parking was designed to accommodate 230 cars and 4 buses. The project also involved attendance at planning board meetings, preparation of a Stormwater Management and Pollution Prevention Plan, and filing of a Notice of Intent for coverage under a SPDES General Permit, and construction review of stormwater management practices. The site plans were prepared and approved by the Planning Board within an aggressive 10-week time period.
