Historic Building Renovation
Keystone was retained to provide architectural and engineering services for a loft residence on Binghamton’s Northside. The 1,040 SF space incorporates sustainable design practices including utilizing reclaimed barn wood flooring, recycled car windshields, and glass wall tiles. The design features reduce the need for daytime electricity with interior glass walls, the loft turns an old meat packing plant into a home. Keystone’s services included design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
