Keystone was retained to provide surveying and engineering services for the proposed Metroplex Student Housing Project at University Plaza in Vestal, New York. The project will involve removing two (2) existing buildings, adding a 753 bed student housing facility, and parking lot improvements at various locations across the Plaza. Keystone’s services included boundary survey, topographic survey, SWPPP preparation, utility (water, sanitary sewer and stormwate conveyance) design, zoning change and height variance, site design, SEQR review, attendance at public meetings, and geotechnical investigation.
