Keystone is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The successful candidate for this position must be detail oriented, proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. Superior organizational ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– typing and modifying documents such as correspondence, reports, and emails
– general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing and preparing outgoing mail
– provide general support to the Administrative and Accounting Departments
– coordinate and maintain hard copy client records
The preferred candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree and 1-2 years’ relevant experience. However, we will train the right candidate. Salary will be based on experience level. EOE.
