Keystone is seeking a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years’ experience, an E.I.T. certificate is preferred. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to work as a part of a fast-paced, multi-discipline team, have excellent communication and project management skills and be able to meet schedules.
Primary Duties:
– Work with Department Manager and Senior Engineers on the design of sites, utilities and roads.
– Assist in preparation of stormwater management plans (SWPPP).
– Report writing.
– Computations regarding hydrology and hydraulics.
– Prepare engineering cost estimates.
