Keystone Associates is pleased to announce Gary W. Ellis, P.E., received reciprocity in New York.
Professional Engineers from other states can qualify to practice in New York only through endorsement, which means that the Office of the Professions reviews an individual’s documentation and determines that they have met the standards for the state of New York.
Mr. Ellis has over 10 years of experience in civil engineering for a wide variety of projects that include residential, commercial, industrial and land development. His engineering expertise includes design and construction oversight of site development, road, water and sanitary sewer systems.
Mr. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Kentucky.
