Keystone Associates, LLC, is pleased to announce that Ryan Willoughby, E.I.T., has joined the firm as a Project Designer. Mr. Willoughby’s duties will include subdivision design, storm drainage, and commercial and residential site plans in the civil engineering department.
Mr. Willoughby, E.I.T., has over 4 years of experience in civil engineering, including site layouts,
construction drawings, hydrological reports, pipe sizing and water analysis for commercial and
residential developments.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Willoughby worked as a civil engineer/designer on projects including residential subdivision design, structural design and AUTOCAD drafting work. Mr. Willoughby is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
