Keystone Associates is pleased to announce Ashley Kithcart received the Patriotic Employer Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an organization within the United States Department of Defense. The ESGR presents the national awards to honor employers who go beyond legal requirements to support their military reserve employees.
Ms. Kithcart, an administrative assistant for Keystone Associates, coordinated care packages from Keystone Associates employees to send to several soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. She was nominated for the award by Josephe Williams, a Sergeant First Class with the United States Army. In his nomination, Mr. Williams wrote “They are not actually my employer. They are the employer of a friend of mine who once they heard my unit deployed have supported us all the way.”
“I am honored by this nomination,” said Kithcart. “I am excited that Keystone Associates is being recognized as an institution that is supportive of the United States Military.”
