11/5/15 – Keystone Engineer Receives New Certification

Keystone is pleased to announce that Timothy D. Bailey, P.E., has achieved certification as a New York State Asbestos Project Designer. This certification, issued by the New York State Department of Labor, allows Mr. Bailey to design the scope, phasing, and methods of asbestos abatement projects. Mr. Bailey is an Engineer in Keystone’s Civil Department and is responsible for civil site design, cost estimating, and project management. Mr. Bailey has a Bachelor of Environmental Planning and Management, Minor in Mapping from SUNY Plattsburgh, an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Broome Community College and an Associate’s Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Technology from SUNY Cobleskill.
