Keystone is pleased to announce the promotion of Timothy D. Bailey, E.I.T., to the position of Senior Designer in the Civil Engineering Department. Mr. Bailey has 16 years of experience in civil engineering and has been involved in a wide variety of municipal, educational, and commercial projects. As a Senior Designer, Mr. Bailey will have increased involvement in project management, deliverables, and outcomes. Mr. Bailey is an Engineer in Training with a Bachelor of Environmental Planning and Management, Minor in Mapping from SUNY Plattsburgh, an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Broome Community College and an Associate’s Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Technology from SUNY Cobleskill. Keystone congratulates Mr. Bailey on his promotion.
