Keystone Associates is pleased to announce that Robert G. Harner, P.E., CPESC, LEED-AP, has joined the firm as Director of Operations. He will oversee the firm’s operations, client relations, and strategic growth.

Ellsworth, P.E., Managing Member. “Bob will be an excellent addition to our senior management team and I am confident he will greatly strengthen our organization.”
Mr. Harner has 20 years experience in corporate management, business development, project management, and engineering involving site development and design, roadway design, stormwater systems, detention ponds, above and below ground storage tanks, parking lots, culverts and retaining walls. In addition, he has extensive experience in construction, site surveying, topographic surveying, contouring and construction inspections.
Mr. Harner is a New York and Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), and a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Harner holds an Associate of Science in Construction Engineering from Alfred State College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
