Our Laboratory

We recognize your need for accurate and timely results of the materials that require testing. KMT’s geotechnical soil testing lab and construction materials testing lab has been proficient in providing results for over 25 years. We know you need to keep your project on schedule and precise and valid test results are our top priority.

KMT’s testing laboratory has achieved a number of certifications and accreditations. KMT meets the stringent requirements of ASTM E329. ASTM E329 (Standard Specification for agencies Engaged in the Testing and/or Inspection of Materials Used in Construction) is a lengthy document that details the qualifications for an inspection agency and laboratory personnel. Our lab personnel have met the requirements of the American Concrete Institute and the National Institute of Certified Engineering Technicians. Our in-house laboratory can perform a variety of soil, concrete, and aggregate tests. Upon receiving test results, we can also provide follow-up environmental consulting or other geotechnical services.
