7/16/03 – September 11th Monument Design for Binghamton Area

Keystone Associates, LLC is please to announce that the firm has been commissioned to design the September 11th Monument for the Binghamton Area. The monument will encompass a piece of steel from the World Trade Center which was gifted to the City Binghamton. The project is currently in the design phase.
