Accessibility and Use Improvements
Keystone was retained by Haas Landscape Architects to perform field survey and mapping of the existing waterfront promenade for purposes of designing accessibility and use improvements. Keystone also provided U.S. Army Corps Section 404 permitting services, bidding and contract document preparation services and flood control structure and stream bank protection design services for the project.
