Townhouse Subdivision
Keystone provided complete survey and engineering design services for a 106-unit cluster townhouse subdivision. Surveying services included a full topographic, property boundary, and utility survey as well as the necessary right-of-way/easements and the development of subdivision plat maps. Engineering services included preparation of Subdivision Plans, Storm Water Management and Pollution Prevention Plan, design of storm water facilities including a closed storm system that outlets to three detention ponds, water distribution system, wastewater collection system including gravity sewers, pump station and force main, and 3,600 LF of internal roadways.
