Keystone provided survey and site engineering services for a new Moe’s Restaurant building on the Vestal Parkway. Engineering services included boundary and topographic survey, site engineering, preparation of site plan drawings, grading and utility plan, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation controls, SEQR documentation, preparation of site plan application and attendance at Town of Vestal Planning Board meetings to present and discuss the proposed development.
