11/2/17 – Keystone Hires Code Analysis Official

Keystone is pleased to announce that Mark Dedrick, has joined the firm as a Code Analysis Official in the Architectural Department. Mr. Dedrick’s duties include code reviews,
special inspections, building and site reviews and construction administration.

Mr. Dedrick is a building code and construction professional with more than forty years of experience performing building construction, conducting architectural plan reviews, residential and commercial building code compliance inspections, collaborating with local, state, and international agencies to develop building and fire codes, and managing building and fire code inspectors for local municipalities.

Mr. Dedrick is a graduate of the State University of New York at Delhi and has taught building codes and standards classes at SUNY Broome as well as for the NYS Department of Homeland Security. He is a member of the Southern Tier Building Officials Association (STBOA), the International Code Council (ICC) and the New York State Building Officials Conference.
