Bailey, E.I.T., has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. The FE exam is the first of two eight-hour exams in the professional engineering licensure process. Mr. Bailey will work under the direct supervision of a registered Professional Engineer to gain eligibility for the second exam, Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE).<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Bailey is a Designer in Keystone\u2019s Civil Department and is responsible for civil site design, cost estimating, and project management. He has a Bachelor of Environmental Planning and Management, Minor in Mapping from SUNY Plattsburgh, an Associate\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Broome Community College and an Associate\u2019s Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Technology from SUNY Cobleskill.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Keystone Associates is pleased to announce Timothy D.
