Mr. Willoughby&#8217;s duties will include subdivision design, storm drainage, and commercial and residential site plans in the civil engineering department.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Willoughby, E.I.T., has over 4 years of experience in civil engineering, including site layouts,<br \/>\nconstruction drawings, hydrological reports, pipe sizing and water analysis for commercial and<br \/>\nresidential developments.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Willoughby worked as a civil engineer\/designer on projects including residential subdivision design, structural design and AUTOCAD drafting work.
