New Building
The project consisted of a four-story hotel development with 91 rooms on the south side of Oneonta, New York. The building is a wood construction with some structural steel, masonry elevator shafts, and concrete foundations and slab on grade. Keystone provided special inspections and material testing for the project which consisted of testing and inspections for soils, concrete, masonry, steel, wood, and spray applied foam materials construction.
