Employees of Keystone recently attended the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) 60th Annual Surveyor’s Conference and Exhibition, held at Saratoga Springs City Center and Hilton Hotel, Saratoga Springs, New York, January 28th-30th, 2019.

The theme of this year, “Surveying the Stakes”, explored new educational topics such as “Tides and Tidal Datums”, “FAA Regulations for UAS Operations”, “Becoming a Certified Drone Pilot”, “Tying into Historical Documentation”, and “Stonewalls: Past, Present and Future”.

As representatives of the firm, Rodney Carey, PLS, Nikolas Decker, and Mark Rowe, participated in a variety of seminars. Mr. Carey earned continuing education units during the conference as licensed Land Surveyors are required to complete 24 continuing education units during each three-year registration period in order to renew their license.

This educational conference demonstrates the firm’s commitment to providing our clients with services that set the highest standards in our industry.
