4/1/11 – Keystone Associates Adopts a Highway

Keystone Associates has adopted a portion of NYS Route 17 East and 17 West surrounding Exit 76 – Johnson Road in the Town of Windsor.

The NYS Department of Transportation Adopt-A-Highway Program allows local businesses and organizations the opportunity to give back to their community by maintaining the appearance of a segment of state highway.

“Giving back to our community has always been important to us and this program is a great opportunity to continue our efforts. We are really eager to get started,” says Ken Ellsworth, Managing Member.

Over the course of the three-year adoption contract, Keystone Associates plans to assemble a committee to pick up litter and plant flowers and shrubs to make the exits more appealing.
