Transportation Facility Improvements
KMT, in association with Keystone Associates, provided special inspection and material testing services for the Broome County Transportation Facility improvements project, specifically the site improvements and additions to the administration building area. The scope of services included conducting continuous and periodic inspections of the work being performed by the Contractor, preparing daily reports of inspections or tests, reporting discrepancies found during inspections, identifying non-conformance deviations or discrepancies, identifying test results that fail to comply with specifications, and preparing a final report indicating that the work was completed in substantial conformance with the contract documents.
