12/2/15 – Keystone Acquires Records of Land Surveying Firm

Keystone is pleased to announce they have acquired the land surveying records from David Marnicki based in Vestal, New York. The records date back to 1873 which provide the firms with 142 years of land surveying data primarily for the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. The records include plats and maps from other land surveyors including Warren Jennings, Newton Boyce, Eric Boyce, Hoadley and Giles, W. W. Wentz, Wakeman Sherwood, Klousner, John Purdy, John Barno, Henry Blewer, Carl Winterburger, George Houston, Robert Scott, Baird, Adams, and Westcott. The offices of Wakeman Sherwood were originally located at 58 Exchange Street in Binghamton, New York in the 1950s, which is the corporate office of Keystone today. With this acquisition, Keystone currently possesses records of 20 surveying firms including records from Lynn Pullis, David J. Beers, Tom Natoli and Robert Brooks, previously acquired.
