Keystone Environmental Services (KES), a division of Keystone Material Testing, LLC, provides professional environmental consulting, inspection, testing, monitoring, design, project management, subsurface investigation, and soil vapor remediation services throughout the eastern United States for a variety of sectors, including education, healthcare, industrial, transportation, commercial, municipal, and residential clients.

Today’s environmental regulations influence nearly all activities undertaken by the private and public sectors. Our professionals work on our clients behalf in a broad range of environmental areas to identify and resolve environmental issues early on in the project, therefore, minimizing their impacts on the project cost and success.



Our environmental engineering staff includes professional engineers, biologists, environmental analysts, environmental hygienists, water and air quality specialists, asbestos building inspectors, air sampling technicians, project monitors, abatement project designers, lead-based paint risk assessors/inspectors, licensed engineers, certified environmental professionals, and technicians. They have been trained and certified to manage environmental issues and to remain sensitive to federal and state regulations.

KES’s 25+ years of experience dealing with radon and VOC vapor intrusion has resulted in over 7,000 successful remediation installations in residential, commercial, educational, and industrial facilities. KES’s New York State ELAP certified laboratory and our ELAP certified partner labs have analyzed over 20,000 air quality samples for radon and VOC’s. Our environmental engineering and construction staff have successfully completed some of New York States earliest and most publicly sensitive large soil gas remediation projects in Endicott, New York, Hillcrest, New York, and Norwich, New York where remediation dealt with schools, churches, public facilities, and daycare facilities in addition to residential and commercial structures. KES’s professional staff provided services ranging from site assessments, sample collection and system design, to installation and operation and maintenance.
