5/3/12 – Keystone Hires New Plumbing Engineer

Keystone Associates is pleased to announce that Michael A. Eckhardt, P.E., has joined the firm as an Engineer. His duties will include client and project management and design of plumbing and fire protection systems.

“We are very pleased to have Mike join our team. He brings extensive experience, knowledge and an understanding of the plumbing and fire protection engineering industry that will prove to be a true asset to our clients,” said Paul L. Bedford, AIA, Member.

Mr. Eckhardt has more than 15 years of experience in design of domestic water distribution systems, sanitary and storm drainage systems, natural gas and propane distribution systems, fuel oil and propane storage systems, compressed air systems, fuel dispensing systems, medical gas systems and fire protection systems.

Mr. Eckhardt is a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer and is a certified New York State Department of Labor Asbestos Designer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York and an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Broome Community College in Binghamton, New York.
