Keystone Material Testing, LLC (KMT), announces the acquisition of ENVIRO TESTING, a professional property inspections, environmental consulting, and laboratory services firm located in Binghamton, New York. ENVIRO TESTING was founded by Richard Tarnowski in 1984. Mr. Tarnowski is a Qualified Environmental Professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry and will continue to be involved with the everyday operations of the firm. Operating under its current name, the firm will perform the same professional/environmental inspection, consulting and remediation services. In addition, ENVIRO TESTING’s offices will move to 58 Exchange Street in Binghamton, corporate offices of Keystone Material Testing and Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC. ENVIRO TESTING’s merger with Keystone Material Testing now allows soil gas remediation services to be performed as an MBE contractor. In addition, ENVIRO TESTING’s ELAP approved laboratory will join forces with Keystone Material Testing’s laboratory to provide additional analytical services to our clients. Uniting the firms’ respective practice areas benefits clients and combined staff through additional opportunities for growth and collaboration.
