7/23/13 – Keystone Hires New Technician

Keystone is pleased to announce that Kyle W. Ellsworth has joined the firm as a Technician in the Civil Engineering Department. Mr. Ellsworth’s duties include stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water distribution and site design, and commercial and residential site plans. As a recent graduate from Syracuse University’s L.C. Smith School of Engineering and Computer Science, Mr. Ellsworth’s experience includes retaining wall design, site design, and stormwater management. He also has experience in construction stakeout, boundary and topographic surveys. Mr. Ellsworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is certified for Erosion and Sedimentation Control for Inspection & Design.
