9/10/06 – New Addition with Keystone

Keystone Associates is pleased to announce that David Chase, PE, Senior Engineer has written an article entitled ‘How Sweet It Is’.  The article describes the process that the Town of Chenango in Broome County, NY followed in successfully developing public wastewater collection and treatment facilities which now serve nearly 75 percent of the Town.  The article cites the public sewer facilities as a driving force behind increased property values and the development of the Front Street corridor as prime commercial area within the Greater Binghamton region. The article was featured in the May/June 2007 issue of Talk of the Towns magazine which is published by the New York State Association of Towns.
