9/18/09 – Keystone Associates Project Manager Receives CPESC Certification

Keystone Associates, LLC, is pleased to announce that Mark W. Parker, has earned certification as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

A CPESC is a recognized specialist in soil erosion and sediment control. They have the educational training, demonstrated expertise, and have experience in controlling erosion and sedimentation, along with meeting certification standards.

Mark W. Parker has over 16 years of survey and civil engineering design experience. He is in charge of project scheduling and work assignments and also serves as Project Manager for the firm’s Civil Engineering Division.

As CPESC Professional, Mr. Parker can assist clients by navigating the permitting process, designing erosion and sediment control and stormwater management plans that comply with regulations, and helping ensure that these plans are effectively implemented. This is especially important today as Federal environmental regulations such as the EPA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II regulations require erosion and sediment control measures for all construction projects disturbing one acre or more.

Keystone is committed to providing our clients with services that set the highest standards in our industry and we congratulate Mr. Parker on his accomplishment.
