Description
KES provided Stormwater Pollution Control Compliance Inspections for the proposed Binghamton Army Reserve Center facility in Nichols, New York. We have conducted over 65 construction duration inspections since September 2013. The development includes disturbance of greater than 14 acres simultaneously. As part of this same project, KES was contracted to prepare radon mitigation system design and contract specifications for submittal to the US Army Corps of Engineers for approval. In addition, KES was also retained for radon mitigation system completion inspection and final clearance testing and reporting.
