KES was retained by Cornell University under a term agreement to perform environmental consulting services which included Pre-Demolition/Renovation Surveys for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) for campus-wide buildings located at various locations in Ithaca, New York. The purpose of these surveys was to identify and assess with due diligence, the locations, quantities, friability and condition of ACM that would be disturbed during demolition/renovation projects.
