KMT, in association with Keystone Associates, provided special inspection and material testing services for a new drop-off pavilion at the Johnson City Elementary and Middle School. The new pavilion is a CMU structure with brick veneer and a pre-engineered steel canopy supported on shallow foundations. Services included soil testing, concrete testing, masonry inspection, and steel construction inspection.
