Keystone Associates, LLC, an architectural, engineering and surveying firm, is pleased to announce that John J. Saraceno has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. His duties include designing, implementing and administering financial policies as well as developing company growth via expansion, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Saraceno has 25 years of both public and private business experience focused primarily in the banking and real estate industries. He served for twenty years as an officer for BSB Bank & Trust, most recently as Senior Executive Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending.
Mr. Saraceno is a graduate of Binghamton University. He has served as a Director for the Southern Tier Home Builders and Remodelers Association and Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Central New York and an Affiliate Member for the Greater Binghamton Association of Realtors, Cortland County Board of Realtors and the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce.
