Keystone is pleased to announce that partner Mark Rowe, P.L.S., has been elected vice president of the Southern Tier Association of Land Surveyors (STALS). The association strengthens the surveying profession through education, skill development, and collaborative initiatives.
Mark brings more than fifteen years of experience to the position. He is an active member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) and the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS). He has built a strong reputation for technical skill, teamwork, and industry involvement.
“It is an honor to support the association and contribute to the growth of our profession,” Mark said.
This appointment reflects his commitment to advancing the field and strengthens the firm’s role within the regional surveying community.
