Mr. Ellsworth is the Managing Member of Keystone Associates. He has 37 years extensive experience in civil engineering and other engineering disciplines. His current duties include QA/QC for the Civil Engineering Department, along with marketing and business operations of the firm. Mr. Ellsworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University: L.C. Smith School of Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Mr. Bedford is a Project Architect with 44 years of experience. He has served as Project Architect in new renovations and additions to public and private facilities. His duties include management of the Architectural Department, office coordination, project management, specification writing and construction administration. Mr. Bedford holds an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from SUNY College at Delhi. He is a Registered Architect in New York and Pennsylvania as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Mr. Carey is a Member of the firm with 48 years of experience in all facets of land surveying, including boundary, topographic, photo control, hydrological, utility, pipeline and route surveying. His duties include management of the Survey Department, office coordination and project management. Mr. Carey earned an AAS in Civil Technology from Broome Community College. He is a Professional Land Surveyor in New York State.
