Keystone employs a team of Certified Environmental Professionals, Engineers and technical staff capable of performing numerous types of Environmental and Hazard Studies. Our staff members have extensive experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion investigation and remediation; emergency spill response oversight; bulk storage tank removals; operation and maintenance of bioremediation systems, as well as the development and implementation of site investigation and remedial action plans. Other services include, but are not limited to, the design and abatement of asbestos, lead, PCBs and mold as well as the design and installation of vapor intrusion remediation systems. Our team also specializes in the assessment of sites for compliance with environmental regulations and/or environmental issues prior to property transfer or financing. This is especially important when municipalities are contemplating the foreclosure of properties for back taxes. In addition, many of our staff is also uniquely suited to perform other engineering services related to site design compliance with state and local laws.Â
