Keystone was retained by Killis Almond Architects to provide Engineering Services for the proposed Goodwill Firehouse Stage Exterior Rehabilitation in Johnson City, New York. The scope of the project involves renovating the existing Goodwill Firehouse. Work on the foundation will include excavating the perimeter of the building to expose the foundation wall. Utilities, curbs, sidewalks and pavement disturbed by the excavation will be replaced. Keystone’s services include site design, SEQR review, bidding assistance and construction administration.
