Keystone Associates is pleased to announce that they’ve been selected to perform a development analysis and prepare an initial site plan for the G-TECH Green Technology Development Park at Sullivan County Community College. The proposed G-TECH Park will be located in the Town of Fallsburg, Sullivan County, on 85 acres of college property on the south side of the campus. Keystone Associates, LLC will prepare an initial site plan based upon the concepts of green development, sustainability and resource conservation. The plan will be geared towards LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified businesses within the educational, technology and health-related sectors. The business park will be laid out in a manner which minimizes land disturbance and promotes opportunities for clustering and energy and resource conservation. Keystone Associates, LLC is committed to the principles of Green Development, Sustainability and Smart Growth and is proud to be a part of the Green Development initiative of Sullivan County Community College.
