Keystone Associates is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Telfer, E.I.T., has joined the firm as a Structural Designer. Her duties will include structural building systems design, special inspections, and construction phase support. Mrs. Telfer has over 2 years structural engineering experience with an emphasis on the analysis and design of structural steel, reinforced concrete, concrete masonry unit, and wood building components for commercial, residential, industrial, and educational projects. She also has experience in structural analysis and design of concert tour rigging systems and stages, theater grid and roof load ratings, and structures supporting roof-mounted solar panel systems. She holds a Master of Engineering: Structural Engineering Concentration from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering – Structures, Foundations/Geotechnical, and Construction Concentration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is an Engineer in Training (EIT).
