Keystone Associates is pleased to announce Mark W. Parker, E.I.T., CPESC, has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. The FE exam is the first of two eight-hour exams in the professional engineering licensure process. With his 20 years of survey and civil engineering design experience, Mr. Parker is eligible for the second exam, Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE). Mr. Parker is the Manager of Keystone’s Civil Department and is responsible for Project Management, QA/QC, and Program Coordination/Management of the firm’s site development projects. He has an Associate in Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Broome Community College and is a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control. Keystone Associates congratulates Mr. Parker on achieving a personal and professional milestone in his career.
