5/2/14 – Keystone to Present at New York Stormwater Management Seminar

Keystone is pleased to announce that Timothy M. O’Connor, C.E.P., CPESC, CPSWQ, LEED AP and Timothy Bailey, E.I.T., will speak at the New York Stormwater Management 2014 Seminar to be held in Albany on Friday, June 6th and in Buffalo on Friday, June 13th, 2014. The seminar will cover permit requirements of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; green infrastructure practices; and stormwater inspections. Participants can earn up to 6.5 continuing education hours. The seminar is being sponsored by HalfMoon, LLC of Altoona, Wisconsin, a New York-approved continuing education provider for architects, landscape architects, and professional engineers.

Mr. O’Connor is a Senior Environmental Scientist with Keystone and has more than 14 years of experience in groundwater and soil sampling ranging from commercial office buildings to industrial plating facilities. In addition, Mr. O’Connor helps lead the firm’s Storm Water Department which provides Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and required inspection services to many area construction projects.

Mr. Bailey is a Project Designer with more than 14 years of experience in the civil engineering and environmental disciplines. His experience includes civil and environmental work related to residential, commercial, municipal and industrial projects consisting of site development, roadway, solid waste sanitary landfill closures, public water supply, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. Many of these projects require stormwater management controls, pollution prevention plans and permitting as part of the design work.
