7/15/24 – Keystone Welcomes Three New Designers

Keystone is pleased to announce the addition of three talented Designers to our Civil Engineering Department in Binghamton, New York.

• Seth Buckler, E.I.T., holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, specializing in structural and geotechnical fields. He is also NYSDOT-certified in concrete, stormwater, environmental, and earthwork inspection.

• Matthew Mancini holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from King’s College and an associate degree in engineering science from SUNY Broome Community College.

• Benjamin Vincens graduated from Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with concentrations in structural and water resources engineering, complemented by an environmental minor.
