2016 Capital Project
Keystone was retained to assist the District in pre-referendum, design, bidding and construction administration services for a Capital Project. Services included determining priority items from the 2015 Building Condition Survey; creating conceptual design options and presentations to the public for additions to all three of their Elementary Schools for replacement of aging portable classrooms, to go to full day kindergarten and upgrades to many infrastructure items throughout the District.
