Keystone was retained to assist the District in pre-referendum, design, bidding and construction administration services for the 2023 Capital Improvement Project, a $31.9 million initiative which includes work at Nathan T. Hall Elementary School, Middle School, High School, High School Storage Building, and Storage Building.
