Keystone provided survey and complete site engineering services required for site plan approval and construction of a new 4-story, 75-room Comfort Suites Motel at 3401 Vestal Parkway in the Town of Vestal, New York. Services provided included topographic survey, preparation of a Sketch Plan, Preliminary and Final Site Plan Drawings, SEQRA documentation, attendance at Planning Board Meetings, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Site design included grading and drainage, access drives and parking for 75 vehicles and design of underground stormwater retention facilities.
