Keystone was retained to provide Civil Engineering Services for the design of a tournament-based recreation play facility. Keystone’s services included survey and site design along with stormwater management for a 11.2 acre site that includes 108.442 SF building addition and an 821 space parking lot. Preparation of construction documents included existing site conditions, demolition plan, layout plan, grading plan, utility plan including stormwater management practices, erosion and sediment control plan, and details.

The ASCE Syracuse Section selected the Nexus Center for the 2022 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award of the ASCE Syracuse Section. In addition, the project was selected for the Outstanding Civil Engineering Project Award from the New York State Council of ASCE.
