Keystone was retained to provide Architectural, Engineering and Surveying Services for a multi-generational affordable housing development that involves the new construction of 2 apartment buildings on vacant land located in Vestal, New York. The project which is funded by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal consists of one 24-unit building for seniors age 55 and up, and one 6-unit townhouse-style building without age-restrictions. Keystone provided full range of architectural and engineering services including boundary and topographic surveys, preparation of site plans, SEQRA documentation, planning board submissions and meetings, civil and site engineering, geotechnical engineering, storm water management, architectural and building design, and construction phase services.
