Keystone was retained by Delaware Engineering, D.P.C., to provide professional services related to the construction of a new Administration Building in Delhi, New York. The facility, spanning three stories and covering 12,0000 square feet, serves as the home for several critical departments. Among these are the DPW/Planning/Watershed Affairs Administration, DPW Engineering, Record Storage, and Public Parking, all under one roof, facilitating seamless operations and accessibility for the community. Keystone’s services include architectural/building design, geotechnical engineering, boundary and topographic survey, cost estimating, preparation of construction documents, and construction contract administration.
